Shipping policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 2 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Did not receive order:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at (CS@AudaciousTee.com) noting your order number. We’ll be happy to investigate and replace if warranted.

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged Item:

We are careful to inspect and pack each shirt in a protective plastic covering. If by chance you received a damaged item, please reach out to us at CS@AudaciousTee.com. Please be sure to include your order number, pictures of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. You have 7 days after receipt (based on your tracking delivery date) to file a damage claim.

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart and your order. Though extremely rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If you’d like to exchange sizes, you may to do. Both shipping costs will be at your expense. 

No longer want the item(s): 

You have seven (7) days for the delivery as determined by your tracking info to initiate a return. Please contact us at CS@AudaciousTee.com to get instructions on how to return merchandise. Please  make sure the item(s) are in new resalable condition. Once the items are received we will inspect and issue a refund. If the items are visibly warn we will issue a store credit that will expire in 60 days.
